Fserv Rules

1. That you are not an officer in *ANY* police force in *ANY* capacity, and that you are also not
a private investigator, either acting on your own, or under contract to a 3rd party.

2. You are not working for or on behalf of, any publisher, or as the interested party of any
publisher.

3. You are not gathering evidence with the intention of bringing charges against the owner of this
server.

4. You are not gathering evidence with the intention of serving, a 'Cease & Desist' notice
to this server's owner.

The files here are provided on a 'Try before you buy' basis. The idea is that you get to listen
to the tracks you want to hear, with the intention of legally buying the tracks, if you like them.

To that end, you should delete any files you download from this server after 48 hours.

Leeching
Plain and simple, if you can download, you can also serve. If everyone served, there would be hardly
any ques, and people would be able to find their wants a LOT easier. Leeching is a purely selfish
trait. Quit being a leech, learn to serve, you'll feel much better for it.

Server Limits
This server counts the size of any files you download. This server has a daily limit on what you can
download. Ops, can download 250Mb's per day, Servers 175Mb's, and the poor lowly leechers, well you get
to choose which 100Mb's you get as well. And if you are on a dial-up, make sure you can manage to at
least download 1kb/s, if you can't manage 1kb/s, then you'll be joining the list of those who have managed
to leech a lot more than you ever will, until the next midnight rolls around.

Please respect the limits this server uses, that way more people will be able to download files from this
server. If I discover attempts to circumvent the imposed limits (by changing your nick/ident for
example), I *WILL* reluctantly impose a permanent 'Deny Access'. You have been warned.

Zipping Files
Please don't ask botserv to zip up albums for you. If I wanted to served zipped albums, they would be zipped
already. Zipping up an album, will entail you using up one of my sending slots for a fair amount of
time, blocking that slot from those who might only want one file. So please don't ask, as an /ignore
often offends.
